We want you to love every item you purchase from DeMontbrayPilton. If you are not 100% satisfied with your new purchase, follow the instructions below so we can help you get hold of that perfect item. 

Change of mind

Want to return something because it’s not quite right or its not as you imagined? We’re very happy to refund or exchange full-price items if:

  • you return item(s) to us, with your receipt, within 14 days of receiving your original order.
  • the watch is in original condition –unworn and with tags still attached. 

Faulty Items

The warranty term is One year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Other parts than listed are not covered by this warranty. For a replacement claim, please email contact@demontbraypilton.com. In the e-mail please specify your name, address, order number and list a detailed description of the issue. Finally, write “Faulty Item” as subject of the e-mail and send it off.

Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.

  1. If the warranty is not submitted with the watch.
  2. Battery replacement will be charged even during the warranty term.
  3. The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts have been replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.
  4. Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
  5. Failure or damage caused by repair or modification.
  6. Failure or damage caused by fire or water or chemicals.
  7. Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.; on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the colour on the watchband and peeling of the plating)
  8. In case the retail store and the purchase date are not indicated on the warranty, or if this information has been rewritten. 

How to return your item

  1. To return any items use our contact@demontbraypilton.com  In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue. Finally, write ‘return of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail.
  2. You will be contacted by our customer service department and given our step by step postage instructions within 48hours.
